Case Studies: EventMAX
EventMAX is a patent pending survey system that allows events to capture the names and key demographic data from fans attending their events. The EventMAX program as been successfully used at over 70 LPGA and PGA TOUR events and consumer golf shows. Fans are engaged at the entrance of the event and complete a brief (less than 2 minute) and targeted survey in exchange for a spiff. Sponsors of the survey are able to include questions and receive their proprietary consumer responses. Over 350,000 EventMAX surveys have been completed at golf events. Follow up email and direct marketing effort allows sponsors to close the loop on their event sponsorships.
